It was an annual grand ceremony of design gathering more than 300 people\u00a0including\u00a0design elites, industry leaders, brilliant brands, media representatives\u00a0and designers associations. AXENT helps\u00a0promote the growth of the core force\u00a0of Guangdong design and\u00a0helps open a new chapter for Guangdong design together with different forces.<\/p>\n<p>At the beginning of the ceremony, Mr. Wu Peng, Project Director of Guangzhou Design Week, and regional\u00a0organizers\u00a0of 40 UNDER 40 in Guangdong, all went to the stage and delivered brief speeches. \u201cYoung designers are the backbone of Chinese design. They represent the present and future of the design community. He shared his life experience in the design industry by quoting Confucius\u2019s words \u201cAt fifteen, I had my mind bent on learning. At thirty, I stood firm. At forty, I had no doubts. At fifty, I knew the decrees of Heaven. At sixty, my ears were obedient. At seventy, I could follow what my heart desired, without transgressing what was right.\u201d\u00a0He stated\u00a0that design should be economical, designers should explore more from the simplicity. Mr. Qingliang Xu, the managing\u00a0partner and chief designer of Ruikun International\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0Masanori designs, as well as the founder of Masanori Art, shared his opinion on the theme of \u201cIN | OUT\u201d. Combining with his own\u00a0point of view of design, he introduced Foshan design community and its representative &#8220;He Shan Ji&#8221; by referring to the Cantonese traditional concept of IN | OUT.<\/p>\n<p>As the exclusive sponsor, AXENT\u2019s global brand ambassador&#8211; Nicole Roesler, delivered a keynote speech.
